CEBU DOCTORS UNIVERSITY ALUMNI ASSOCIATION (CDUAA) and CEBU DOCTORS’ UNIVERSITY (CDU)  proudly launch the Outstanding Alumni Award

PHILOSOPHY AND PURPOSE

The true measure of a university’s greatness can be found in the achievements of its alumni. Cebu Doctors’ University is globally known to develop premier professionals in the field of health care. A number of the University’s alumni have gained unique distinction through success in their professions, and contribution to their communities. CDU and CDUAA established the Outstanding Alumni Award (OAA) program to honor exemplary graduates who have lived the core values of the University and to celebrate their achievements. The award may be given posthumously.

CATEGORIES

• Professional Achievement and Career Distinction

The recipient attained prominence through his or her efforts in the profession, health care industry, government or other worthy endeavors that form a record of accomplishment impressive to the nation building.

• Service to Society

The recipient exhibits integrity and demonstrates commitment through an interest in uplifting the lives of others through community services and volunteer efforts.

• Service and Support to CDU

The recipient’s deeds and actions reflect the importance of his or her educational training, pride in alma mater and loyalty to CDU, as demonstrated through their interest in and support to the University and the Alumni Association.

ELIGIBLE NOMINEES

All bona fide lifetime members of CDUAA are eligible nominees. Board Officers and Directors of CDUAA are NOT eligible during their term of service.

NOMINATION

Nominations for Outstanding Alumni maybe made by any of the following excluding noted exceptions below:

• A bona fide lifetime member of CDUAA.
• Any member of the University administration, faculty or staff, except the President of the University and the President of CDUAA.
